Participate in the research on the landscape of TIA in Ukraine
TAKE A SURVEYThe Project is designed to collect and share information about where and how trauma-informed approaches are being used across different service systems in Ukraine. It will identify stakeholders, , type of initiatives and how they are aligned with the key assumptions from SAMHSA.
This study has been developed under the supervision of the Health Federation of Philadelphia (HFP) which possesses significant expertise in the field of trauma-informed approaches and application. The data collection and creation of an inventory is being carried out by the Philadelphia Team of the Ukraine Public Health System Recovery and Resilience (PHS R&R) 2022-2027, a project overseen by PACT. The Team, includes the Health Federation of Philadelphia, the College of Public Health at Temple University and Dornsife School of Public Health at Drexel University.
Stakeholders and experts who can provide Ukrainian public health professionals with information, knowledge, and skills on TIA (reaching out to hidden champions).
Identified initiatives were sorted into separate domains (education, healthcare, social system) using inclusive criteria where trauma was addressed through the TIA prism.
Assessing the extent to which TIA projects in Ukraine align with SAMHSA's four key assumptions for TIA (Realize + Recognize + Respond + Resist)
This study of Trauma-informed approaches in Ukraine will be shared through an inventory, updated monthly, that classifies identified initiatives as belonging to one of the following domains:
